Jim’s coaching was tremendously helpful to me recently as I faced the dilemma of making a major career change.  He helped me better understand just how I’m wired and choosing the career that maximized both my talents and strengths.  Without his insight and encouragement, I don’t know if I would have taken the risk of choosing the job that best suits my interests and God-given abilities.
